Job summary

ProTrials in the United States is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Lead to coordinate and manage trials from conception to completion. You will serve as the main liaison for sponsors, clinical teams, and functional groups to ensure study milestones are met.

You will delegate tasks, oversee teammates, and ensure training and compliance with GCP and the protocol. A strong focus on clear communication and mentorship will help drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall coordination and strategic management of a clinical trial from inception through implementation and completion
• Serve as the primary contact with the sponsor, clinical team, and other functional groups
• Delegate and oversee team members effectively
• Ensure all study team members are appropriately trained on the study and maintain compliance with GCP, the protocol, and other associated documents
• Manage and motivate team members using positive and productive methods of communication
• Support team member mentorship as needed
