Job summary
Clinilabs is seeking a Vice President, Project Management to lead global clinical program delivery, strengthen client partnerships, and oversee portfolio performance. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Business, or a related field required.
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in clinical research with leadership in project/program management, client services, and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and consultation on clinical development programs and operational strategy.
- Oversee global client management and serve as executive sponsor for key accounts.
- Lead resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality, with governance and risk management.
- Drive operational excellence through standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities for growth and repeat business.
- Lead and develop Project Managers and project leadership personnel.
