Job summary

Protex AI is seeking an Enterprise Client Strategist to guide enterprise clients from late-stage sales through rollout, adoption, expansion, and ongoing optimization. You will translate client goals into measurable platform outcomes, manage a portfolio of 8–12 accounts with $1.5–$3M+ ARR, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tangible safety and efficiency improvements.

This role blends relationship management, project coordination, and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or program delivery in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record owning enterprise accounts with measurable retention and expansion results.
• Experience influencing adoption and net revenue retention across a portfolio.
• EHS, manufacturing, or facility operations background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with site-level operators and executives; translate goals into platform strategies.
• Coach clients on using Protex AI to drive safety, operational, and cultural improvements; maintain platform fluency.
• Drive rollout timelines and multi-site rollouts with accountability; resolve workflow friction.
• Join late-stage sales conversations to set expectations and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate across Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver a unified client experience.
