Job summary

Paylocity in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Manager Client Services for an on-site role. You will lead a team of Account Managers, shape client satisfaction strategies, and work with cross-functional partners to support enterprise clients.

Qualifications

2+ years leading customer service teams and improving client outcomes.
Experience with reporting, KPIs, and data-driven coaching.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train leaders.

Responsibilities
