Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Previous customer service or client interfacing experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform a range of tasks under supervision.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• Solid MS Office and Excel knowledge.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with HR product configurations and implementations.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective project management.
• Conduct discovery calls to verify products and timelines.
• Coordinate HR data collection and requirements with clients.
• Support day-to-day HR solution implementation across teams.
• Research HR policies and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with multiple Paylocity departments to enable tools.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
