Job summary

Paradigm is seeking an Enterprise Client Implementation Senior Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of new enterprise clients in the Workers’ Compensation space. You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, IT, and external stakeholders to translate client needs into effective implementation designs and ensure delivery meets contractual requirements and timelines.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep claims knowledge, and strong communication to guide onboarding across carriers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Workers’ Compensation experience required.
• Significant experience in a Workers’ Compensation claims role required, with understanding of insurance carrier operations, TPA models, and employer program structures.
• Direct, customer-facing experience implementing Workers’ Compensation products and services required.
• Experience leading implementations for enterprise level clients in complex environments.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Visio and PowerPoint for process flows and executive presentations.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and document management best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and other tracking/documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% and work a mix of remote/on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise client implementations end to end after sales award.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple concurrent implementations with defined scope and timelines.
• Partner with Sales during pre- and post-sale activities to gather requirements and validate scope.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, IT, Data/Analytics and partners to validate requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable implementation designs and documentation.
• Develop detailed process flows and diagrams to illustrate workflows and data exchanges.
• Create client-facing and internal presentations to communicate plans and status.
• Apply Workers’ Compensation expertise to guide design decisions and mitigate risks.
• Develop implementation project plans, schedules, and ramp-up strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain accuracy of implementation documentation and transition materials.
• Utilize SharePoint Online to organize and govern documentation with version control.
• Provide status updates with milestones, dependencies, risks, and resolutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, tools, and methodologies.
