This is a great opportunity for an experienced Workers’ Compensation professional who understands the claims environment and enjoys leading complex, enterprise-level client implementations from strategy through successful launch.

In this highly visible, client-facing role, you’ll partner across Sales, Product, Operations, IT, and Data/Analytics to turn client needs into effective implementation plans, workflows, and solutions. We’re looking for someone who can comfortably navigate the relationships between insurance carriers, TPAs, and employers while keeping multiple complex implementations moving forward.
