Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead the rollout of Anthropic Claude across multiple teams. You will design Claude-based agents, workflows, and reusable AI capabilities to unlock enterprise productivity.

In this hands-on role, you will develop scalable RAG architectures that connect Claude to internal data, build secure connectors to data sources and tools, and establish governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must have production Claude deployment experience.
• Experience with Claude agents, skills, workflows, and AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and secure connectors.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, and risk management.
• Proven ability to scale Claude use cases enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise rollout and adoption of Anthropic Claude across teams and business functions.
• Design enterprise architecture for Claude-based agents, skills, workflows, and reusable AI capabilities.
• Develop scalable RAG architectures connecting Claude to enterprise knowledge and internal data.
• Design secure connectors between Claude and internal data sources, applications, APIs, and enterprise tools.
• Establish governance standards for sharing agents, skills, prompts, workflows, RAG components, and connectors across teams.
• Define permissions, access controls, security guardrails, versioning, risk controls, and usage standards for enterprise AI.
• Establish standards and best practices for Claude development, prompt engineering, workflow design, testing, evaluation, and optimization.
• Partner with business and technical leadership to identify and prioritize high-value Claude use cases.
• Help teams transition AI initiatives from experimentation and pilots to secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Provide strategic architecture guidance while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Promote “Vibe Coding” approaches and modern AI-assisted software development practices where appropriate.
• Ensure Claude implementations can scale consistently across multiple teams and business functions.
• Experience with Vibe Coding / AI-assisted development is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Claude architecture, agents, skills, workflows, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and enterprise knowledge/data integration.
• Experience designing secure connectors to internal data, applications, APIs, and enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, permissions, access controls, guardrails, versioning, and risk management.
• Experience establishing enterprise standards for sharing and managing reusable AI assets.
• Experience moving AI initiatives from POC/pilot to enterprise-scale production deployment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both executive/business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on architect.

Experience with Vibe Coding / AI-assisted development is strongly preferred.
