Elastic is seeking a Channels & Alliances Manager for the East Enterprise Region. You will connect Elastic sellers, partners, and customers to build partner-sourced pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and translate partner strategy into repeatable plays used by the field.

You will own onboarding, drive joint business planning with regional partners, and equip partners with enablement and plays to sell, build, and service Elastic offerings. Strong CRM discipline and MEDDPICC know-how are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in channel or partner management, alliances, or partner-facing sales, ideally within enterprise software, cloud, or data infrastructure.
• Track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and influencing revenue within an assigned territory.
• Comfort operating in a CRM daily; pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and reporting are core to this role.
