Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Channels & Alliances Manager for the East Enterprise Region to connect Elastic sellers, partners, and customers. You will build partner-sourced pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and convert partner strategy into repeatable plays used by the field.

You will onboard partners, co-author joint business plans, map target accounts, and provide enablement to sell with Elastic. CRM discipline and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel or partner management in enterprise software.
• Track record generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and reporting discipline.

Responsabilités

• Own partner-sourced pipeline and territory strategy.
• Enable partners with assets and plays to sell with Elastic.
• Manage partner deal registrations and quotes end-to-end.
