Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Channels & Alliances Manager for the Channel Acceleration Team in the United States. You will own the partner motion for the East Enterprise Region, linking Elastic sellers, partners, and customers to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.

You’ll build territory plans, onboard partners, and co-author the joint business plan with leadership. You’ll enable partners with assets and plays, maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM, and report regional metrics.

Competenze

• Experience in channel or partner management or partner-facing sales.
• Familiarity with CRM, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or structured sales methodologies.

• Own partner-sourced pipeline and territory strategy for assigned region.
