Job summary

Aon is seeking an Organizational Change & Transformation Manager in the United States to drive enterprise transformation by translating target designs into clear adoption strategies. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enable behavioral and capability shifts for business outcomes.

This role emphasizes change management, readiness assessments, and strategic communications, with a focus on governance, operating models, and embracing AI-enabled change.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading change management for large multi-workstream transformations.
• Translate operating model decisions into adoption implications.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Deliver executive-level communications and decision-ready materials.
• Influence without authority to align diverse stakeholders.
• Create change, communication and training content using PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with MS Project, Azure DevOps and JIRA is a plus.
• Grow through evolving tech including AI to enhance change enablement and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Apply enterprise-defined change management methodology end to end.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments to inform adoption strategies.
• Surface change implications, adoption risks, and sequencing in operating models.
• Develop mitigation, engagement, and reinforcement strategies for resistance.
• Create actionable change strategies, communications and training plans.
• Support leaders with tailored messaging and engagement approaches.
• Define adoption success metrics and monitor progress.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies with clear recommendations.
