Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Change Manager to drive adoption and value realization in enterprise AI transformation initiatives. You will focus on the people side of change, shaping processes, systems, roles, and organizational structures to maximize proficiency and minimize resistance.

The role reports to the Change Management Executive within the Global Change Office and leads coaching for project teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• A passion for effecting change that positively engages the people impacted and aligns with core values.
• 5–10 years of experience in a mid-to-large corporate enterprise (global preferred).
• Experience driving change in a similarly sized corporate setting.
• Must have consulting level communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence to engage with senior leaders.
• Must have strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply enterprise change methodology and lead change management activities for specific projects.
• Assess, capture and manage stakeholder landscape; identify and track metrics for adoption.
• Create and deliver communication and training plans with internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate people risks and ensure user readiness.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to integrate change activities into project plans.
