Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Organizational Change Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide projects and drive transformation. You will apply structured change management, coordinate communications, and manage adoption activities to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate partners with stakeholders and leadership, maintains project plans, and fosters continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment with a focus on outcomes and user acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5+ years of enterprise PM experience.
• “2+ years in change management, organizational development, project coordination, or related field.”
• Knowledge of ADKAR or Prosci change management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet and with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience supporting training program coordination or adult learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects; define scope, milestones, schedules and execution details.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan adoption and change-management activities; track progress and report.
• Develop and implement test plans, scenarios, and go-live activities; oversee post-implementation analysis.
• Facilitate process improvements and cross-functional collaboration across functional areas.
