Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in the United States is seeking a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change initiatives across enterprise transformations and drive adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies.

You will collaborate with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes while guiding stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs.
• Partner with program management teams to align change strategies with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
• Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable adoption.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies while driving client alignment and program success.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to overall program delivery and execution.
