Title: Enterprise Change Management Advisor

Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% remote)

Type: Contract

Our direct client is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Advisor for the implementation of Workday Skills and Talent Optimization, with full enterprise rollout in January 2028.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least five (5) years of change management experience.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in enterprise project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least seven (7) years Overseeing/ involvement in enterprise projects with increasing responsibilities.
• At least three (3) years of healthcare, research, or academic related environment.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification or ADKAR, upon hire.
