Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking an Enterprise Initiatives Senior Manager in Charlotte to partner with leaders across functions and external partners. You will lead the design and implementation of new business processes and technology solutions that support strategic goals while coaching stakeholders through enterprise-wide change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• PM/Agile/Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with key business leaders and acts as trusted advisor.
• Leads multiple enterprise change initiatives designing new processes or technology.
