Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive adoption of new technologies, workflows, and processes across the organization. You will partner with radiologists, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, develop communications, and measure adoption using data-driven insights.

Travel up to 20-25% will be required as you coordinate implementations, prepare playbooks, and educational resources to ensure long-term success of enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in Change Management/OD/PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives that support adoption of new technologies, workflows, and processes across the organization.
• Partner with radiologists, operations teams, and stakeholders to assess impacts, drive engagement, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives.
• Develop change communications, playbooks, process documentation, and educational resources to promote awareness and long-term adoption.
• Utilize adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven insights to measure effectiveness and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate implementations across the organization with travel up to 20-25% as needed.
