Navaide is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive human-centered adoption across large-scale enterprise transformations. This hybrid role requires collaboration with program leadership, delivery teams, and end-user communities to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will bring DoD or federal transformation experience (preferred) and proven success leading change management for digital transformations, enterprise systems implementations,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience leading change management activities for digital transformation, enterprise systems implementations, or process modernization programs.
• Prior DoD or Federal transformation experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change leader for enterprise digital transformation programs, delivering consistent communication and user adoption support.
• Coach project teams and change champions on readiness planning and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and messaging for adoption and compliance.
• Surface risks and blockers early and provide actionable recommendations to sponsors.
• Develop leadership communications, readiness assessments, FAQs, newsletters and end-user materials.
