Navaide seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic DoD program focused on enterprise business and technology transformation. You will drive successful delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership while partnering with senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience leading complex federal programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Civilian agencies.
• Experience delivering enterprise business systems, ERP, data, or technology modernization initiatives.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining operational excellence.
• Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program execution, including delivery, staffing, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and serve as Navaide’s primary day‑to‑day program lead.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through innovation, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
• Support account growth by recognizing new opportunities, contributing to capture activities, and expanding Navaide’s footprint within the client organization.
• Mentor and develop project team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Navaide leadership to shape long‑term account strategy and prepare for future growth.
