A top-tier performance marketing agency is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative.

This is an individual contributor appointment-setting role.

The base salary is $70,000–$90,000 with the ability to make $140,000–$160,000 with uncapped commission.

This is a full-time, high-impact, individual contributor role based in Denver.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified prospects and setting appointments for senior partners who are experts at closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generating high-quality leads across email, phone, events, and social
• Qualifying prospects and warming them up for the senior sales team
• Documenting and optimizing your outreach strategy to build scalable systems
• Maintaining clear, accurate forecasts and a healthy top-of-funnel
• Rolling up your sleeves and doing the work—this is a hands-on role
• 3+ years of cold calling experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, professional services, or software
• Digital marketing experience is a plus
• Open to being in this role for 18+ months
• Smart, coachable, hungry, and highly articulate
