What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, and quota achievement for enterprise customers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to enhance customer experience
- Utilize value-driven messaging for effective prospecting through various channels
- Build sales pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives and Enterprise Marketing teams
- Develop a deep understanding of customer organizations, goals, and challenges to enhance service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of prospecting experience or prior success in recruitment or sales
- Strong accountability and performance in a results-driven culture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust
- Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated integrity and interest in sales

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in software sales or a related field
- Proven track record as a top performer in previous sales roles
- Familiarity with sales technology such as SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
