Job summary

4over is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform enterprise data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership.

You will design dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytics focused on e-commerce and commercial performance, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and decision-making with AI-enabled

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, FP&A, Revenue Analytics, or related role.
Experience analyzing large datasets to identify insights for revenue growth and strategic decisions.
Experience with financial modeling, statistical/predictive analytics, pricing, customer analytics, and profitability analysis.
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business performance reporting.
Experience cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance.
Experience presenting analytical findings to senior leadership.
Experience in eCommerce, retail, printing, manufacturing, distribution, or other high-volume environments preferred.
Experience with dynamic pricing and rapidly changing product catalogs preferred.
MBA or related master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting for executives and stakeholders.
Develop scalable BI solutions using Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and other reporting tools.
Establish standardized KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across functions.
Partner with IT to improve data quality, governance, reporting architecture, automation, and self‑service analytics.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance across enterprise reporting environments.
Analyze sales, product, customers, channels, and markets to identify revenue opportunities.
Analyze customer behavior, product affinity, acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Evaluate promotional effectiveness, pricing changes, and marketing campaign performance.
Collaborate to identify growth opportunities and improve website performance.
Develop customer segmentation and analytical models to improve targeting.
Provide data-driven recommendations to Product Management on product/catalog performance.
Identify underperforming SKUs and opportunities for optimization.
Identify new product opportunities based on demand and trends.
Develop predictive models for sales forecasting, demand planning, and pricing optimization.
Perform statistical analyses to support scenarios and strategic decisions.
Develop dashboards and reporting for Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Distribution.
Analyze KPIs like capacity, labor productivity, inventory, and fulfillment.
Identify improvements and drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
Translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
Present insights to senior leadership as a trusted analytics partner.
Explore AI/automation opportunities to improve analysis and productivity.
