Job summary

Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, seeks a Global Strategic Accounts Associate Project Manager to drive complex projects for large enterprise clients across national or global portfolios. You will report to a Sr.

Project Manager and ensure consistent execution across sites while maintaining schedules, budgets and customer satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years in project management within building automation/HVAC, willingness to travel up to 75%, and ability to work onsite daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management in Building Automation/Construction/HVAC.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work onsite daily.
• Able to climb ladders or lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to be insured for driving company or personal vehicle on company behalf.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects per processes and direct project teams.
• Deliver projects within budget, on time, with high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with financial performance: planning, billing, revenue forecasting and cost re-estimation.
• Coordinate project materials and resources; secure change orders as scope evolves.
• Build relationships with sub-contractors and manage issues and corrective actions.
