Carrier, a Carrier Company, is seeking a Global Strategic Accounts Associate Project Manager in Indianapolis to support enterprise-scale projects across sites. You will work under a Sr.

Project Manager to ensure scheduling, budget control, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include following project processes, coordinating resources, tracking financial performance, managing change orders, and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management in Building Automation, Construction, or HVAC.
• Able to travel up to 75% and work onsite daily.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and climb ladders.
• Insurable to drive company or personal vehicle on company behalf.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects by following project processes and directing the project team.
• Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, on time and within budget.
• Track financial performance: planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R, and cost re-estimations.
• Coordinate delivery of contracted scope and manage change orders.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and action plans with subcontractors.
