Carrier’s Automated Logic unit is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead mission‑critical projects. The role develops plans and budgets, identifies and resolves issues, and delivers progress reports to clients and field teams.

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, builds specialized product knowledge for diagnostics, and ensures on‑time delivery with customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, follow processes and direct the project team.
• Complete projects per contract within budget, on-time, with high customer satisfaction.
• Forecast revenues and re-estimate costs monthly to maximize profitability.
• Support financial performance: planning, billing, AR, and cost re-estimates.
• Track progress and resolve obstacles to minimize schedule disruption.
• Coordinate materials and resources; address constraints and corrective actions.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and manage change orders.
