Job summary

Qualifications

• Technically excellent first principles problem solver.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project execution.
• Experience with design, analysis, or production of components for assemblies, structures, vehicles, or sites.
• Bonus: creating construction drawings or plans; proficiency with SQL, Matlab, Python, or similar; dashboards or analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Work with Starlink Transit hardware and customers to improve performance and resolve issues.
• Develop new processes enabling rapid deployment of antennas.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and act as engineering SME in customer interactions and proposals.
• Support activation of new installations from hardware delivery through initial connectivity.
• Travel to remote sites to drive rapid installation, troubleshooting, and integration of Starlink Transit solutions.
• Design hardware solutions to expand markets served by Starlink Transit.
