Motorola Solutions seeks a seasoned Devices Product Manager to drive market analysis, define requirements, and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, sales and marketing. You will shape the product through its lifecycle, from customer feedback to launch and post-launch support.

In this role, you will develop business cases, forecast financials, and partner with external entities to enable integrated solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering or in Product Planning/Product Marketing/Product Management.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the market and competitive environment to drive value for customers.
• Plan and execute Voice of Customer/Partners/Sales feedback on market needs and features.
• Develop the Business Case and Forecast, including financial analysis.
• Define product requirements with Engineering, Sales and other stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct Customer Touch Points, Alphas and Betas for feedback and validation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Training on GTM strategy and materials.
• Support Sales with launch, promotion and other activities.
• Define the product's support, repair and service strategy with the service team.
• Improve the overall customer experience with internal stakeholders.
• Look at hardware, software and services to drive product value.
• Seek external partnerships for integration opportunities.
