Job summary

Archer and Sierra are seeking a results-oriented engineer to help design and build Sierra’s enterprise platform capabilities. You will create the foundations for identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility to embed Sierra into customer ecosystems.

You’ll work with enterprise clients who require high security, reliability, and scalability across regions and use cases, ensuring a robust and maintainable backend while advancing AI-powered product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, or compliance-adjacent systems.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and working with complex customer environments.
• Backend-leaning full-stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
• Security-adjacent experience (e.g., auth, permissions, data isolation, threat modeling).

Responsibilities

• Build Sierra’s enterprise platform capabilities. You’ll design and build the foundational systems and capabilities that enable Sierra to serve the world’s largest and most demanding enterprises.
• Scale with our largest customers by ensuring platform reliability across regions and use cases.
• Form the foundation of trust by upholding security, compliance readiness, and operational excellence across the platform.
