Sierra is a San Francisco–based leader in customer-facing AI security, delivering trusted, scalable security foundations for our platform and products across global teams. This role focuses on building secure-by-default systems, threat modeling, and automating security workflows to protect customer data and trust.

You will drive security across product, platform, and infrastructure domains, partner with teams to balance usability, performance, reliability, and security, and own critical security

Competenze

• Strong security fundamentals with depth in at least one domain (product, cloud, or enterprise security).
• Ability to apply expertise across unfamiliar systems and emerging threats.
• Experience reading and writing code and understanding production systems.

Mansioni

• Design and ship security systems and controls that make Sierra secure by default across all platform layers.
• Threat model designs, review code and architectures, and evolve Sierra’s security primitives.
• Identify vulnerabilities, investigate suspicious behavior, and improve detections and response workflows.
• Create developer-friendly tooling to automate security checks in CI/CD.
