Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Infor, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build services and platform features for the Gen AI Platform Improvements initiative. Qualifications

• Production software delivery experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in daily development (Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex) or comparable tool.
• Proficiency with Python and full-stack development using Angular or a comparable JavaScript framework.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or a comparable agentic framework.
• Ability to design solutions from problem statements and document implementation considerations.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including evaluating outputs and identifying appropriate AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production services using Python and front-end features using Angular or a comparable JavaScript framework.
• Build and integrate platform capabilities using AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
• Develop features that support AI governance needs, including explainability, observability, and prevention controls.
• Evaluate technical options, document trade-offs, and recommend implementation approaches for platform components.
• Integrate AI model capabilities using tools such as Anthropic Claude API and Model Context Protocol.
• Review code and technical designs while sharing knowledge with engineers across the team.
• Participate in effort estimation and identify scope, dependency, or delivery considerations that may affect outcomes.
