Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a qualified Audio Visual Technician to provide support for enterprise audiovisual systems. Responsibilities include setup, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer support for enterprise users.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one video conferencing platform certification.
• Experience with audiovisual systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to train end users in teleconferencing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and calibrate AV equipment and devices.
• Develop reports from After Action Reviews and customer interactions.
• Support end users during presentations.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiar with basic Internet Protocol (IP) network administration

Ability to provide consultation and technical advice

Knowledge of audiovisual software

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Tools

Crestron Certifications in Toolbox and DMC-4K-T/E

Polycom and Cisco video conferencing

AMX, Crestron, Extron control systems
