Job summary

Jobtailor in New York is seeking an experienced AV integration specialist to install, program, and maintain Crestron control systems and related DSP equipment for commercial environments.

You will configure Dante audio, manage video-wall deployments, and handle troubleshooting, firmware updates, and design improvements. Training end users completes project delivery.

Candidates should hold Crestron and AMX certifications and have hands-on experience with Extron, Biamp, and QSC ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, programming, and maintaining Crestron control systems.
• Proficient in planning and executing audio DSP system integrations.
• Strong networking knowledge including Cisco, D-Link, Netgear in closed or open networks.
• Familiar with video-conferencing systems (Logitech Tap, Teams Room, Polycom HDX, Crestron Zoom Room).

Responsibilities

• Install, wire, program and maintain Crestron control systems.
• Install completely new Crestron audio systems via Dante.
• Program and maintain video-walls by major brands with Crestron control over IP.
• Troubleshoot integration and suggest hardware/firmware upgrades where needed.
• Configure and update firmware across systems and perform net-work optimizations.
• Train end users during final implementation.
