Job summary

GM Financial, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced Audio/Video Infrastructure Engineer to manage conference room tech, digital signage, and related systems. You will lead AV projects, ensure reliability, and deliver world-class service across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with ITS Facilities and vendors, drive automation, monitor capacity, and support enterprise-wide technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting enterprise AV infrastructure.
• Ability to lead AV-related projects and drive automation.
• Strong customer service and technical support across organization.
• Familiarity with conference room and training room technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Audio/Video Equipment for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Digital signage throughout GM Financial.
• Create and maintain Conference Room and Training Room experiences with room automation technologies such as Crestron.
• Deploy and Maintain Digital Signage Infrastructure throughout GM Financial.
• Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service while striving to provide world-class service.
• Effectively communicates current status of all projects, problems, and issues to ITS Facilities AVP.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements to existing processes and for automation of time consuming tasks.
• Manage projects and provide vision and technical direction to oversee and ensure prompt completion of projects.
• Attend departmental, project and general meetings and effectively represent current status as appropriate.
