Job summary

GM Financial is seeking an experienced Audio/Video Systems Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise AV infrastructure, including conference rooms, training rooms, and digital signage. The role leads AV-related projects, drives automation improvements, and ensures system reliability and compliance across the organization.

You will provide technical expertise and exceptional service to internal and external customers, collaborate with the ITS Facilities AVP, and oversee ongoing operations,

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise AV infrastructure such as conference rooms and digital signage.
• Ability to lead AV projects and drive automation improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Audio/Video equipment for conference, training, and digital signage.
• Create and maintain conference/training room experiences with room automation.
• Deploy and maintain digital signage infrastructure.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communicate project status to ITS Facilities AVP and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Lead projects with technical direction to ensure timely completion.
• Provide design support for enterprise projects.
• Attend meetings and represent status clearly and professionally.
• Ensure systems run at optimal capacity and plan upgrades.
• Procure hardware/software per company processes.
• Participate in training and conduct independent training as needed.
• Perform incident management and ensure timely resolution.
