Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Asset Management, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience supporting asset management, workforce management, maintenance management, or related systems.
• Experience administering or supporting asset management systems and CMMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data quality management, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytical tools to support business operations.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, middleware, and APIs used to connect enterprise applications.
• Experience with AS/400 or other legacy enterprise systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports day-to-day use of asset management and CMMS platforms.
• Creates, updates, and maintains asset, location, labor, personnel, job plan, and preventive maintenance records.
• Performs data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
• Analyzes field activity, maintenance history, and asset information.
• Develops, prepares, and distributes reports, dashboards, and planning tools.
• Partners with operations and maintenance to identify reporting needs and improve workflows.
• Supports end users by troubleshooting system issues and documenting resolutions.
• Reviews and audits user access and maintains system documentation.
• Develops user guides and training materials and delivers training.
• Assists with implementation and continuous improvement of new technology solutions.
• Ensures data compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
