Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Sr. Manager of Enterprise Architecture to guide enterprise-wide direction, governance, and lifecycle management. You will lead a federated EA team, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and partner with business and technology leaders to reduce fragmentation and risk.

You will establish principles, reference architectures, and operating rhythms across applications, data, security, and infrastructure, enabling rapid delivery with enterprise coherence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in architecture roles with enterprise-level impact.
• 10+ years leading an EA function with governance and roadmap development.
• Strong understanding across enterprise domains: applications, data, security, and infrastructure.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence without direct control.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into enterprise architecture direction, target states, and roadmaps.
• Define and run EA governance to promote speed, coherence, and value; ensure decisions are made by the right role.
• Define and establish enterprise-wide principles, standards, and reference models for consistent design.
• Lead modernization roadmaps and lifecycle strategies aligned to capabilities and risk posture.
• Ensure Solution/Domain Architects have guardrails, patterns, and reusable assets for rapid delivery.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing EA core.
• Establish operating rhythms and collaboration across teams (Security, Data, delivery).
• Maintain clear role boundaries across Enterprise, Solution, and Domain Architects.
