Job summary

Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, seeks an Enterprise Architect to design, document, and guide customer implementations of Veeam solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless design-to-delivery transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT experience with solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with containers and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization and enterprise storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer environments and requirements.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures tailored to customer needs.
• Produce design documents, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Lead hands-on implementation of Veeam solutions across on-prem, cloud, and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff from design to delivery.
• Guide partner-driven implementations and support PoCs, workshops, and architecture validation.
