Work Location

Responsibilities
  • Lead development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture framework for healthcare systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain the business capability model and maintain the CMDB relationships in ServiceNow.
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in designing and implementing healthcare digital solutions, including architecture, infrastructure, and integration.
  • Define and document enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines, ensuring their adoption across all IT projects and alignment with governance processes.
  • Conduct architectural assessments and reviews of existing systems and applications, identifying opportunities for optimization, modernization, and consolidation.
  • Develop architectural designs and specifications for new healthcare IT solutions, covering infrastructure, applications, data, and security.
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring solutions follow architectural standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging healthcare technologies and trends, recommending adoption based on impact and value.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and third-party agencies to integrate enterprise architecture considerations into project lifecycles.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred; minimum 10 years in related IT or Engineering discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, DICOM, FHIR).
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF).
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex healthcare IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred.
