Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science.

• Experience with APIs integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain tools and processes supporting operations.
• Lead team to document and educate users about processes.
• Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets; modify systems as needed.
• Measure and improve process maturity and compliance.
• Oversee operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.
• Establish roadmap to maintain currency and deliver TS objectives.
• Partner with other teams to align roadmaps.
