Qualifications

• College degree or certifications in Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of working in an IT environment.
• 3-5 years of technology team management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teaming skills.
• Ability to navigate technology environment and work effectively with multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable.
• Ability to learn quickly, be self motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges.
• Ability to prioritize requests to deliver highest-impacting items first.
• Articulate business value of solutions within their scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment and maintenance of tools and processes to support Technology operations.
• Lead team to document and educate users about relevant processes.
• Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets, modifying systems to deliver results.
• Measure and improve process maturity and compliance.
• Oversee execution of operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.
• Establish roadmap to maintain currency, incorporate new features, and deliver TS objectives through technology solutions.
• Partner with other teams to identify dependencies and align roadmaps.
• Application management and integration experience with APIs.
