Responsibilities

• Manage the process of designing, developing, deploying and maintaining tools and processes to support operations for Technology.
• Lead team to document and educate users about relevant processes.
• Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets, modifying systems where needed to deliver desired results.
• Measure and improve process and tool maturity and compliance.
• Oversee execution of operational activities and measure process quality and compliance (incident handling, process execution, etc.).
• Establish roadmap to maintain currency, incorporate new features, and delivery TS objectives through technology solutions.
