Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking an IT Manager to act as a technology leader, owning a roadmap and guiding a mid-size team of employees and contractors. You will ensure standardized, measured and improved technology processes within Technology Services while driving quality and efficiency.

The role requires building strong cross-team partnerships, prioritizing initiatives with business value, and delivering on TS objectives through integrated tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years in an IT environment or related field.
• 3-5 years of technology team management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teaming skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of tools and processes for Technology operations.
• Guide team to document and educate users about relevant processes.
• Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets; modify systems to meet delivery goals.
• Measure and improve process and tool maturity and compliance.
• Oversee execution of operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.
