Job summary
University of Hawai‘i Foundation is seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist to provide functional support for enterprise applications, reporting platforms, ETL tools, and related systems. You will liaise between end users, business owners, and Advancement Services staff to identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
The role collaborates with the Advancement Analyst Manager and technical staff to improve usability, streamline operations, and ensure systems support
Qualifications
- Experience using business applications and understanding business processes.
- Ability to learn and support enterprise applications, reporting platforms, ETL tools, and related systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business/database applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional application support to end users of enterprise applications and related systems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for questions, issues, and basic guidance.
- Understand business processes and system needs across internal departments.
- Document user issues, requirements, workflows, and enhancements.
- Triage issues and coordinate with managers, vendors, and staff to resolve problems.
- Assist with testing fixes, enhancements, upgrades, reports, dashboards, and new functionality.
- Translate user needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Recommend system and workflow improvements to enhance adoption and efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of functional areas of enterprise applications and usage.
- Assist with user setup, access coordination, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
