Job summary

The State of Maine's Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Maine Office of Information Technology, seeks an Enterprise Data Services director to shape and deliver statewide application strategy from Augusta. Qualifications

• Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of related post-secondary education, technical certifications, or technology work experience.
• Experience in application architecture, integration, SDLC, risk & compliance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise applications strategy and modernization efforts across MaineIT.
• Oversee multiple application development and support teams, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high‑quality application services across executive branch agencies.
