You will act as the functional SME for SCM and related ERP processes, delivering production support, enhancements, and project initiatives across P2P and O2C landscapes. Collaboration with business stakeholders and vendors is essential.

You will balance production support with project delivery in a fast-paced, global environment, using Oracle or SAP. Remote-friendly, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Finance/Business/CS or related field; 5–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 2–5 years, or PhD with 0–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for SCM and related ERP processes.
• Provide troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support for SCM environments.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Support end-to-end P2P and O2C processes and drive continuous improvement.
