Job summary

Dexcom seeks an experienced IT leader to head the EMEA Applications team, supporting and implementing changes to Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and Oracle Service Cloud, connected via microservices. The role drives Order to Cash processes with engagement across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

This management role requires broad technical understanding of SaaS platforms and integrations, and proven people leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and order management processes.
Hands-on technical background (developer/integration engineer/solutions architect) before moving into management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing applications or integrations teams.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; Service-Now and JIRA desirable.
Line management responsibilities including recruitment and performance management.
Knowledge of Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid SDLC processes.
Vendor management including SOWs, budgeting, invoicing.

Responsibilities

Line management duties including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
Task coordination supporting the Technical Delivery teams and 3rd party development partners.
Liaise with global shared teams to coordinate project deliverables.
Support incident and request resolution SLAs with Production Support Manager.
Provide technical leadership and governance across SaaS platforms and integrations.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with IT policies.
