Job summary

Dexcom is hiring for a senior EMEA Applications team manager to lead IT delivery for core commercial systems. You will oversee Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, a custom e‑commerce platform, and integrations, driving technical leadership and multi‑discipline teams across global time zones.

You will ensure production support, project delivery, and governance, with emphasis on recruitment, mentoring, and performance management in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processing and Salesforce integration with downstream order management and e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on technical background earlier in career (e.g. developer, integration engineer or solutions architect) before moving into management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing applications and/or integrations teams.
• Hands‑on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience; Service‑Now and JIRA desirable.
• Line management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management and talent development.
• Knowledge of Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid SDLC processes.
• Vendor management incl. SOWs, budgeting, invoicing.
• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Oracle Fusion beneficial.
• ITIL experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a demanding, fast paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Line management duties including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
• Coordinate tasks supporting the Technical Delivery teams and 3rd party partners.
• Liaise with global shared teams to coordinate project deliverables.
• Support incident and request resolution SLAs with Production Support.
• Provide development capability throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist Test Leads with defect management during incidents and releases.
• Support production releases alongside the Production Support Manager.
• Ensure environments for all workstreams are managed effectively.
• Represent EMEA IT needs with global technical architecture teams.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and processes.
• Maintain relevant technical documentation.
