Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a senior IT leader to manage the EMEA Applications team responsible for Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and a custom e‑commerce platform. You will guide cross‑functional partners across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

This role requires hands‑on background, strong people management, and experience with SaaS integrations, ITIL processes, and global SDLC practices. Travel up to 10% and a base salary between €60,605 and €78,430.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processing and Salesforce integration.
• Hands-on technical background prior to moving into management.
• Minimum 5 years leading applications or integrations teams.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, ServiceNow or JIRA is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Line management of IT delivery teams and third-party partners.
• Coordinate project delivery and production support across time zones.
• Ensure ITIL-compliant application support and governance.
• Oversee documentation, testing, and incident management activities.
