Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience with enterprise applications, ERP/SIS, integrations, reporting or related tech.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process improvement, software implementations, project management, and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of databases, reporting tools, APIs, data, and related technologies.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to supervise, develop, and guide technical/professional staff.
• Higher education tech experience preferred, ERP/SIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the College's enterprise application portfolio (ERP/SIS and related systems).
• Develop roadmaps and drive modernization, consolidation, integration, and improved system utilization.
• Analyze business processes with departments and implement tech-enabled solutions.
• Oversee configuration, upgrades, testing, releases, change management, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead API, data transfers, data governance, and system integrations.
• Coordinate security, SSO, user provisioning, and compliance requirements.
• Lead enterprise software implementations and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Manage vendor relationships including licensing, renewals, and performance.
